Refund policy
Because every Kind Buds item is made to order just for you, we handle returns a little differently than a typical retailer — and we always want you to love what you get.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item or size, email us at hello@kindbuds.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to ship anything back.
SIZING & FIT
Since each piece is printed on demand, we're unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or for ordering the wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering, and email us before you buy if you're unsure — we're happy to help you choose. If a size truly doesn't work out, reach out anyway and we'll do our best to help with an exchange.
REFUNDS
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post it.
